Definition:
In general, counterfeit goods are copied and packaged to resemble genuine/legitimate goods as closely as possible. The legitimate producer's trademarks and logos are reproduced in order to deceive consumers into thinking they are buying the genuine merchandise.

Definition:

Definition:
The degree of resemblance between a copyrighted work and a second work that is sufficient to constitute copyright infringement by the second work. Exact word-for-word or line-for-line identity does not define the limits of copyright infringement.

Definition:
Goods legitimately manufactured overseas, bearing a genuine trademark, but then imported by a party other than the trademark holder or authorized importer.
